– Provide accurate prices that include all fixed non-optional extras (such as the ATOL levy) and fuel supplements.
– Disclose and clearly state any optional costs at the start of the booking process.
– Maintain correct surcharge wording, where applicable.
– Display any additional charge for payment by Credit/Debit card (NB Where a fee is due, it will be applied to all clients and the amount of this will be included in the basic price).
